This unique luxury
detached cottage is located in the lovely village of Landimore,
Gower with far reaching views over the surrounding countryside and
estuary. The property has been sympathetically refurbished
throughout retaining many of the original features and charm of the
cottage whilst providing a high standard of accommodation for your
enjoyment.
Downstairs comprises of an open plan living, dining and kitchen
area. The kitchen provides all modern appliances and everything you
will require during your stay. The lounge provides a large sofa, 32”
plasma television with SK TV, DVD and freeview plus CD music system.
There is also a fully working wood burning stove to keep you warm on
the colder nights.
Upstairs comprises of a large bedroom with king size bed, luxury
mattress and linen, wardrobe space and chest of drawers. Opposite
there is a bathroom with full bath, power shower and heated towel
rail. Again everything you will require is provided including
ironing facilities and all towels / linen.
Outside there is a large South facing garden with table & chairs and
fantastic views over the estuary. BBQ facilities can be provided
upon request.
The surrounding area is renowned for its country walks and sandy
beaches. There are also a number of excellent pubs and restaurants
within a short distance of the property.
This cottage is perfect for the discerning couple who want to get
away from the hustle and bustle of the town and enjoy a perfect
retreat.
Smoking is not permitted.
No children or animals are allowed as the accommodation is
unsuitable.
